Stacked washer and dryer was delivered from Lowes. It was supposed to be ready to use. It wasn’t!!! Luckily VAN FRANEY “my go to plumber” came out the next day and actually hooked it all up. I’m in a condo and it could have been a disaster!
We had pinhole leaks in old coppper piping. We decided to replace all the supply lines with PEX, and all shut-offs with new ball valves. Ice maker line, dishwasher, laundry all replaced. A crew of 4 arrived at our second floor condo at 8am as promised. Done by 4 pm. Fast and efficient, a real professional job at a moderate price. Van Franey may not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but if you value quality workmanship at a fair price, give them a call.

I called Van Franey Plumbing and their plumber came out at about 1 pm with a new water heater and finished the installation about 5:30 pm that afternoon. Each person they had sent to do work for variety of things in our house, were knowledgeable in their duties as a plumber. They knew their job, and took no time at all to get the job completed. The work they did do, had no noted issues with the work that was performed afterwards. Pricing was fair, and when the plumber was doing certain work. They had a base price, and the plumber would warn us as he was doing the job, if the job may require more work. They may have to charge more. The plumber would then show me and my husband, what he saw as he was doing the job, as to why it could be more money. Me and my husband found that to be honorable and fair. Overall we were happy with the experience that we were given, and we would be happy to recommend this business to anyone we encounter that needed plumbing services.

I called this firm, having grown up in the area, as all of the old time firms were no longer in business. Experienced great communication with the office personel and set up. an appointment to go to my house and resolve the issue. I did have an initial estimate as to resolving the problem. Their team came out, found the issue that was actually a tree root invading the sewer discharge pipes. And please understand that their estimate was cosiderably less than the other firm I had called, i.e. $2,200.00 versus $350.00. Let's keep this in mind, this is the first time at our house we have used a plumber other than myself. If you are in need of a plumber please check Van Franey Plumbing, Inc. They are for real in the very best of ways.

The service tech was servicing another unit in our complex. I asked him to give an opinion on the possible reason my water heater wasn’t functioning. He offered to look at it and gave a possible cause. He was correct and went on his way. Several of our residents use this company for services and as a board member for the complex we use them as a preferred vendor. They provide prompt service and have been very good at resolving issues or handling replacements of failed plumbing or HVAC items.

I called to have a dripping shower faucet repaired. They offered to come that day but I couldn’t be home. They came the next day exactly on time. The faucet needed a new cartridge but he didn’t have one on the truck so he took the time to go get one. Once it was replaced he checked his work to be sure it was correctly done. Very polite and professional.

Had a water pipe leak in the ceiling of my house. VanFraney sent 2 workers out within 15 minutes and they fixed the leak right away. Used them another time for repairing a main sewer pipe. Had an outdoor leak. I'm new to the area so I didnt know any plumbers. Neighbor told me about Van Franey plumbing so I stopped in because I'm an in person kind of guy. Had a good feeling and liked what they said. I was going on a trip so i told them to go ahead and fix when the had time. Two days later sent me a picture and it was fixed. Looked great, then I was billed and able to pay on line. Perfect. I think I have found my forever plumbers. Lol

My name is Rick Wynns and I have been in the insurance business for over 40 years. We also own our own building for our business and as one might think there is always something to be done at the business. We were involved in Hurricane Ian and I noticed that our water meter was leaking water all around the area soon after. It was ascertained that a truck that picks up garbage must have run over our meter. I called our usual plumbing company and requested that they please come out and diagnose the problem. Normally they come out this time of year to check the back flow equipment. When I called they told me that they couldn't come out for over a week. I explained that this was an emergency and I could be responsible for quite a large sum of money if it was leaking on our side of the meter. They told me they still couldn't help me. I had been using that company for over 10 years. So I called Van Franey Plumbing (I had heard they were a good company). They came right out THAT DAY and inspected my back flow and took care of the problem! They are honest, professional and do a great job! I highly recommend them!

We did a total remodel of master bedroom and kitchen sinks and cabinets. Mr. Franey came out himself and provided our estimates. The service men were always on time, courteous, professional and very efficient with great quality workmanship. We capped some lines to a soaker tub we removed, installed new shower pan and all fixtures in master bath, installed new garbage disposal and new valves in kitchen, installed new main shut off valve and new piping to water heater and a new water treatment system. Excellent pricing and work was performed when promised. Mr. Franey also explained to us that the water heater we had was good and that we did not need to install a tankless water heater with the quality of water in our area - saved us $$$ by his being honest with us. Having been a construction GC for 40+ years, I will state that Van Franey Plumbing, Inc. is one of the best for quality, pricing and performance of any plumbing company I have ever used.

Van Franey removed several defective water heaters and installed new water heaters in my apartment building. The water heaters are located in the attic and are very difficult to access. Other plumbers turned down this work but Van Franey removed and installed the water heaters quickly and effectively. Van Franey is an excellent choice for any plumbing job, and they can easily handle the most challenging jobs.
Called Van Franey on a Thursday and they were out the next day with a fair price. I previously used plumbing nerds but after receiving an astronomical estimate just shy of 1,000.00 for a toilet install two washing machine valves and a shower cartridge I decided to call Van Franey and saved 400 bucks!! They are honest, professional and clean. I'll be using them from now on. Update. after looking through some previous invoices from plumbing nerds at another property I own I was charged 269.00 for a customer supplied toilet install which wasn't astronomical. However they do seem to make it confusing with all the packages they offer and their silly member discount. I just want the work done at a fair price with a 1 year workmanship warranty and Van Franey hits the mark. No frills and no BS but a job done right at a fair price. Plus no spam emails every other day!!

I woke up one morning to a burning smell in the garage and a flood of water. The hot water tank “exploded” for lack of better terms. I had called a few places but none were able to come to my aid so quickly. This company was not only understanding and listened to my concerns but very quickly sent someone to my home to fix the issue. They did an amazing job and I haven’t had any issues since they replaced the broken unit.

AMAZING! I have teenagers and a home with 4 showers. Due to very low hot water pressure only one shower/faucet of hot water could be run with any level of success. Not any more.
