Reach a person by phone
You never have to use this website to get plumbing help. Call (239) 851-0207 and a plumber answers 24/7. Tell the person who answers what is happening and where you are, and they will take your request over the phone, set the visit, and explain what to shut off while you wait. Nothing on the site is required to book a visit.
If any part of this site is hard to read, hard to use with a keyboard or a screen reader, or does not work with your assistive software, call the same number or email [email protected] and tell us the page and what went wrong. We will read the information to you, take your request another way, and work on fixing the page.
Using this site with a keyboard or a screen reader
Press Tab to move through the menu, the phone link and the form fields in order, and Enter to follow a link or open a menu. The service request form is a standard form: each field has a label, required fields are announced, and any error is written out next to the field rather than shown only in color. Frequently asked questions and the mobile menu open and close with Enter or the space bar. If you use a screen reader, the page headings give you the outline of each page, and the phone number appears near the top of every page so you can reach it without moving through the whole menu.
How this site is built to help
The pages use real headings so a screen reader can jump between sections, every link and button can be reached and used with the keyboard, the phone number on every page is a link that dials when tapped, text can be enlarged in the browser without breaking the layout, and motion is reduced when your device asks for it. The site does not require cookies, downloads or plug-ins to read or to send a request.
