What the work is like
Our plumbers work across Lee County and northern Collier County: Fort Myers, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. Most days are residential service in single-family homes and condos, with light commercial work at restaurants, offices and plazas, and ongoing accounts with property managers and homeowner associations.
The jobs are the full range of Southwest Florida plumbing: water heater replacements, whole-house repipes through the attic on slab homes, sewer and drain cleaning with cable and high-velocity jetting, video camera inspections of cast iron and PVC lines, leak location, backflow device testing and repair, toilets, faucets, sinks and disposals, water filtration systems, and well pumps out in Lehigh Acres and Alva.
Because the phone is answered 24/7, plumbers share an on-call rotation for nights and weekends. Emergency calls are mostly burst pipes, slab leaks and sewer backups, and knowing how to get water off quickly and calm a homeowner down is as much a part of the job as the repair.
Who we are looking for
- Licensed or experienced plumbers who can run residential service calls on their own and do permitted work the way a Lee or Collier County inspector expects to see it.
- Apprentices and helpers who want to learn the trade from working plumbers and are willing to start with the basics.
- Office staff who can answer the phone, schedule calls, keep permits and paperwork in order, and treat a customer with a flooded kitchen with patience.
- A valid driver license and a clean driving record for anyone who drives a company van.
