What to have ready when you call

You do not need to know what is wrong. A few details help the plumber on the phone decide what to bring and what to tell you to do first:

  • The address, and whether it is a house, a condo or a commercial unit. For a condo, the building and unit number and whether the association needs to be notified.
  • What you see or hear: water on the floor, a drip from the ceiling, a drain that is slow or backing up, no hot water, a running toilet, a sound of water with nothing on.
  • Where the main water shutoff is, if you know. On most Southwest Florida homes it is at the meter box near the street or where the line enters the garage.
  • For a water heater: the brand and roughly the age (the label on the tank has the serial number), and whether it is gas or electric.
  • For a rental or a seasonal home: who can let the plumber in, and the best number to reach the owner.

What happens after you submit the form

The form goes to the office and to a plumber, and we call you back at the number you gave to confirm the details and set a time. If you described the problem well, the plumber often arrives with the right parts on the van. The form is for requests that can wait for a callback; if water is running right now, call instead.

On the visit, the plumber looks at the problem, explains what they found and what the options are, and does the work once you agree. Permitted jobs such as a water heater replacement, a repipe, or a backflow device are scheduled with the inspection included.

We Welcome Your Feedback

Every review, note, and phone call helps us do the next job better. If we did well, a Google review helps the next homeowner find us; if we did not, we want to hear it first.

Please contact us if you have any questions or you need our help

Questions about an invoice, a permit, a warranty, or a job that is already done are welcome at [email protected] or by phone during the day. If something we did is not right, tell us; we would rather fix it than read about it later.

Before you call

Common questions about contacting us

Should I call or use the form?

Call if water is running or a drain is backing up. Use the form for anything that can wait for a callback, such as a slow drain, an estimate, or a water heater that is getting old.

Do you come out to my area?

We serve Lee County and northern Collier County, from Cape Coral and North Fort Myers to Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. If you are near those areas, call and ask.

Can I visit the office?

Our office is at 6240 Topaz Ct, Fort Myers, FL 33966. It is a working shop rather than a showroom, so call first and we will make sure someone is there.
